Requirements:

1. Approval that the customer know all the requirements stipulated in the Ministerial decree and to bear all responsibility if that the data received is incorrect.

2. The origin of the agency when submitting the application for registration for non- plant breeder.

3. A statement proving that the variety is distinct from other types of plants of the same type.

4. A statement proving that no modification or development or change in its genetic makeup.

5. A statement proving that the variety does not harm the health of humans, animals and plants.

6. A statement that the variety has no impact on the sustainability and use of biodiversity and the environment in general.

7. A statement confirming the stability of the variety and the number of propagation cycle that the special characteristics of variety does not change during it. And the changes observed during propagation, replication, reproduction, and the percentage of mixing observed or expected to occur.

8. 10 colors photo.

9. A statement that the new variety has not been commercially exploited for one year in the country or for 4 years outside the country in accordance to the ministerial decree No. 17 of 2009 and its executive regulations.

10. Priority should be given to applications submitted first in order and date of submission.
