Requirements for Industrial Design Registration

1. A photographic form of the industrial design.

2. Names/addresses/nationality of the applicant.

3. A certified copy of the priority document.

4. Use information for the industrial design.

5. A copy of the Power of Attorney.

Note: you have three months to send us the authentic certificate of priority document and the Power of Attorney.
