1. No Power of Attorney form is needed for filing a trademark application in Hong Kong. For filing, the applicant is requested to provide the following:

2. Three representations of the trade mark (black and white or colored), not larger than 90 X 90 mm. If details cannot be shown, two enlarged representations (not larger than 160 X 160 mm) can be added.

4. Applicant’s name and address in English, as well as status of incorporation (limited, unlimited, partnership, etc.).

5. For an applicant located in Japan or Korea, its name should be given in both English and English spelling of its pronunciation. For instance, ABC Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. + ABC Seiyaku Kabushiki Kaisha.
