Deposit of designs and models can relate to the appearance of the most varied products. This appearance attaches to an entire product or a part of it. The appearance must be characterized by visual elements, for example its lines, contours, colors, shape, texture or the materials used.
Industrial design must be new, that is to say that there was no identical one made available to the public before the registration request. It must be original if it was independently created by its author and is not a copy or an imitation of an existing design.
